I have decided to make my business entirely mobile, so I’ll happily bring my table to you. Relax in your own space, choose your own music, and save yourself one extra car trip of fighting rain and traffic. My goal is to provide clients with an exceptional massage that helps to reduce stress and alleviate pain. I blend Swedish massage with elements of triggerpoint therapy, sports massage, aromatherapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am also professionally trained in pregnancy massage, on-site chair massage (seated & clothed), as well as deep tissue work.  Please contact me with any questions; I look forward to working with you to improve your health and sense of well-being.

Testimonials

Bryan’s massage is undoubtedly the best massage I’ve had. I keep going back, because the experiences are so enjoyable and rewarding. I would gladly recommend Bryan to anyone who is looking for a great massage.

When it came time for a relaxing massage before my wedding day, Bryan made it an experience that I won’t forget. The massage soothed my sore spots and eased the stress from all the wedding planning, brand new in-laws, and impending rainy forecast. On my wedding day, I was relaxed.

Katie B.

I have been to a few different LMPs in the past and I can tell you that Bryan has to be one of the best! He is consistently prompt and professional and never seems to be in a rush.

Derek H.

Bryan is a fantastic masseur. I am a person who often suffers from headaches and migraines. Bryan taught me how to prevent and self treat headaches that originate from neck pain .

About me

My educational background is in Social Work, although the use of my degree has been somewhat roundabout. I have always taken jobs that have had a positive impact in the lives of others; whether it be as a social worker, a nanny, or providing in-home support to the developmentally disabled. Massage therapy was another path with that goal in mind. Massage, however, is unique in that it offers immediate feedback when you are successful in helping someone feel better…a truly gratifying reward.
I graduated with top academic honors from the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics and launched my practice, Skywater Massage, in June of 2009. I am a lifelong Washington resident and have lived in Olympia since 2003; I love the people, the energy, and the natural beauty of the area. I strongly believe in the importance of giving back to your local community: most recently I have been volunteering with the amazing non-profit organization Pizza Klatch.

Chair massage

I really enjoy doing chair massage as it is quite different from the standard Swedish-style table massage (which makes up the majority of my practice). The pace is quicker and the duration is shorter (typically 15 minutes); it incorporates many moves from sports massage and utilizes a lot of muscle compression. Because clients do not have to disrobe and there is no need for massage lotion or oil, people often seem more comfortable trying chair massage for the first time. Massage chairs do provide the practitioner great access to the muscles of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands…with the benefit of being able to do so in a small, often public or semi-public, space.
As a somewhat more “corporate” gig, I have contracted with a boutique pharmacy in Seattle to provide chair massage for their Customer Appreciation Days. With this client, I bill the pharmacy $80 per hour for chair massages services…typically in hour-long blocks. I also have partnered with a local tech company to provide chair massages services in their offices once a month. In this instance, the employees pay me directly: $20 for a 15 minute slot. A fifteen minute window allows for a great chair massage after having clients fill out a very brief health intake form. I’m comfortable with either model, so please contact me if you are looking to bring massage to your business (to treat customers or staff) or to your special event, perhaps even a spa party for friends.
